You agree not to copy, duplicate, steal, modify, publish, display, distribute, reproduce, store, transmit, post, create derivative works, reverse engineer, sell, rent or license any part of the Content in any way to anyone, without our prior written consent. You agree to abide by the copyright, trademark laws and intellectual property rights and shall be solely responsible for any violations of these terms and conditions.
Products
All products provided on this Website are copyrighted by Pixl Creative and may not be sold, redistributed, reproduced, or given away unless otherwise permitted by the owner.
All products are sold to individuals, the license is given to the buyer only. Each purchase grants one license to the buyer only. Buyers are not allowed to share Template links or claim any products or designs as their own.
You may not redistribute or resell any Template or a modified version of any Template in its editable template format.
Under this license, you may create an unlimited number of designs using a Template for promoting your own business or personal use only. If you need to create designs for clients for commercial use then please contact us to purchase a Commercial License.
Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer a refund for change of mind. It is very important that you read the product page, title and description thoroughly before committing to purchasing a digital product, such as a Guide, Template or Printable.
Digital products are non-tangible by nature and cannot be ‘returned’ as full access is granted upon payment. Therefore, in most cases, a refund will not be possible. Your purchase may be eligible for a refund or credit in the following situations:
- You accidentally purchased two copies of the same product.
- There is a technical problem with the product that cannot be reasonably rectified (sufficient information is provided regarding how the error was created, and the technical fault lies with the product).
- The product was misrepresented in the description, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.
We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
- You no longer need/want the purchased product.
- You feel that the item is of low quality.
- You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product.
- You don’t have the correct software (described in the listing) to open and edit the product.
- You bought an item by accident, and our system shows that the product or access file was downloaded.
- You are having trouble downloading the product because your internet is not fast enough, unstable, cannot handle a large download, or similar issues related to your internet service.
- You claim the item is experiencing a technical issue, but are unable or unwilling to provide sufficient evidence for the technical issue.
- Your product purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
