Herba Gourmet

Herba Gourmet delivers fresh, healthy, gluten-free delights to the bustling Riverside Market in Christchurch. Partnering with owner Kerry since 2020, I ensure their previously established brand remains consistent and visually appealing across all marketing materials.

Email Marketing

Kerry needed a boost with her email newsletters to increase engagement and sales. We segmented her audience for tailored messaging and I designed a variety of MailChimp templates and Canva images to maintain consistency. From November 2020 to December 2022, I managed the entire email campaign process, freeing Kerry to focus on her business. Now, she easily handles it herself with the templates I provided.

Social Media Post Templates

To support the email campaigns, I created engaging images and videos for Herba’s Facebook and Instagram. Guided by Herba’s brand guide, I enjoyed creative freedom in designing a stock of templates. Kerry now uses these templates to manage Herba’s social media presence.

Flyers & Menus

Updating Herba’s printed and website menus regularly, I ensure consistency while adapting to fixed dimensions like A4 or A5 pages. This includes creating new menus for events and catering services.

Print Designs

I have also designed a variety of printed materials for Kerry, from business cards and vouchers to an employee handbook and training passport. Product labels, including nutritional panel labels and wholesale labels, have also been an exciting challenge.
